1.) NightJohn was a story based on how badly slaves were treated. Slaves were not permitted to read, write, or for that matter, even learn any form of education outside of working for the white man. John was a slave who Waller had brought home. John knew how to read and write, he was an educated African. He was working on teaching a young slave named Sarny to read and to write, they started off with the letter "A" Also, during this time of Night John, a female slave named Alice was treated very poorly, she was beaten till she bled, she was treated so terribly. The white man, Waller, would beat her till she was skinless on her back, bleeding and screaming in pain.. the white man could careless, as she disobeyed

its a lazy Sunday[:

this weekend was well rather interestinng. I've spent the entire weekend with my best friend Taryn Moore, she's been living with me(: friday we went to Easton & just like hung out. then Saturday we hung out with these two kids that we met at the Haunted Hoochie, Walter and Devin, Saturday was Walters birthday so we just chilled for his birthday, they are pretty cool. walter rides dirt bikes & wrestles & devin wrestles. they are really nice. & like fun to be around. Walter has his lips peirced & Devin has nothing peirced. haha. but sunday, me and taryn have done like absolutely nothing, we ate a little bit, did a little laundry, did our homework, slept and watched moviess! ahhh, soo lazzzy! but I'm getting ready for dive team tryouts right now, they go from 7 to 9, I'm pretty nervous. but idddk, hopefully ill do good! well imma finish getting everything ready, hope every one had a good weekend[:
